Who knows why it is green here? It is just an example sticker. You can create stickers in the collections, that are pins without links and all other pins stay on top. There is also a scale like sticker option for other pins so the pin is also attached to the map like a sticker and does not scale when zooming in and out but it keeps their functionality.
