This character sheet is made with TTRPG Tools: Maps, and it is fully interactive in Obsidian. Here in Publish, you can only use the pins. There are switch pins that let's you switch to the backside, and vice versa and swap pins that can change their state, they both work with right click. On the backside there are also dice pins, that let you roll dice with left click.
